The RSF announces a series of victories, and signs of hope on the horizon for full liberation

The Rapid Support Forces (RSF), alongside their allies within the Founding Alliance Forces (FAF), have achieved significant victories, adding to a record of enduring and historic feats. Our forces have successfully broken the backbone of the Muslim Brotherhood terrorist group’s army, inflicting crushing defeats upon its elements and mercenaries during decisive and heroic battles. These operations have resulted in full control over a number of strategic locations, including Bara in North Kordofan State, as well as Majaka, Al-Kurmuk, Al-Baraka, Al-Kili, and Baladgo in the Blue Nile Region – New Fung.

These advanced military operations and the victories achieved represent a significant turning point in the theatre of operations, representing a strategic step with far-reaching implications within carefully planned military objectives, moving steadily towards the complete liberation of the country from the domination and tyranny of terrorist groups led by ‘Port Sudan gang’.

Our brave forces have demonstrated exceptional courage and resolve, inflicting heavy losses on the enemy in both personnel and equipment. Hundreds have been killed or captured, while remaining elements fled the battlefield, abandoning large quantities of weapons and military equipment. Our forces have also continued their advance in the Blue Nile Region, penetrating deep into enemy strongholds, successfully neutralising defensive capabilities and securing full control over key strategic positions.

The Founding Alliance Forces reaffirm their firm commitment to protect civilians in all liberated areas, work to ensure their safety and safeguard their property after rescuing them from the oppression of extremist groups. They further reassure citizens that their safety remains the highest priority and call upon them to avoid areas of military operations to protect their lives.

Our forces assure the Sudanese people and the forces of change that these victories represent a major step towards the dawn of liberation, and reaffirm their determination to continue advancing and to liberate the remaining strongholds of terrorist groups, paving the way for the establishment of the Sudanese state to which we all aspire, founded on the principles of justice, equality, and the rule of law.
