The RSF have launched this morning (Friday) a huge humanitarian assistance convoy to support the floods-affected people in Faw locality of Gedref State.
The convoy comes upon directives of the FVP of the Transitional Sovereign Council, RSF Commander in Chief, 1st Lt. Gen. Mohamed Hamdan Daglo to provide support to the affected people in Faw locality.
Chief of Guidance and Services, Spokesperson of the RSF, Brig. Jamal Juma’a Adam said that the convoy comes in continuation of the RSF leading initiatives in supporting the affected people a matter that contributes in containing the situation and assist the citizens to overcome the exceptional conditions.
He pointed out the convoy included huge quantities of sheltering materials, foodstuff, and mosquito nets, calling on the people of the area to cooperate in order to overcome the crisis.
He added that the convoy is considered a genuine Sudanese stance that reflects cooperation, affirming that the RSF are ready to provide services to all Sudanese all over the country.
For his part Sudanese Alliance Chief, Lt. Gen. Saeed Mahil expressed apperception to 1st Lt. Gen. Mohamed Hamdan Daglo for his great role in leading the peace dossier, pointing out that the RSF proved that it is not only military forces, but have social, humanitarian and moral roles all over the country.
For his part, Chief of Hamidti Group .. Nation’s Project, said that the FVP is concerned about providing support to youth projects, calling on youth to direct their energies to serve the nation and its people.
For her part, Dignity Charity Organization director, Ikhlas Garang lauded the role of the FVP in providing services to the citizens, considering him as late Dr. John Garang in this regard.
