RSF Central Darfur Commander Meets SRF Delegation

The Commander of the Rapid Support Forces – Central Darfur Sector – Yagoub Jibril has received in his office the Sudanese Revolutionary Front (RSF) delegation led by Brig. Ahmed Abdallah, Col. Osman Shareef (SPLM-N), Brig. Iman Daud Mohammed,  Major Mohammadain Ahmed Mursal (Sudan Liberation Forces Allaince).
Jibril said  that the meeting discussed the obstacles facing the implementation of the agreements between the government and the peace signatory armed struggle movements,  adding that the delegation pledged to cooperate with the security apparatuses in all aspect to maintain security to the citizens, along with promoting the peace culture and unification of social efforts towards reconciliations and recovery amid the components of the community.
He pointed out that they have reached understandings with the RSF delegation on the security situations in the state and the role of the RSF and other regular forces in protecting the citizens in Darfur after the UNAMID exit.
