VP Directs Immediate Computing and Registration of All refugees in Sudan

Vice President (VP) of the Sovereign Council, 1st Lt. Gen. Mohamed Hamdan Daglo  has directed immediate start of computing and registering of all refugees all over the country, besides activating legal and police procedures on the borders of the country.
Daglo held a meeting with the Minister of Interior , the Director of Police Forces, Lt. Gen. Hamad Mohamed Omer in the presence of the Commissioner of Refugees Affairs , Musa Ali Atron where the VP was briefed on the progress of the Commission of Refugees Affairs during the last period and the plans undr implementation.
Atron affirmed that he had informed the VP about the procedures related to refugees in the country, especially in regard to inventory programme in collaboration with the UNHCR, noting that according to the new directives of the VP, they will speed up the pace of registration process, focusing on the eastern states.
He announced that the plan adopted the completion of all inventory and registration process elecronicaaly by the end of 2022,
