FVP Meets Norway Special Envoy to Sudan

First Vice President of the Sovereign Concil, 1st Lt. Gen. Mohamed Hamdan Daglo has hailed the great efforts of Norway to Sudan in supporting the transitional period.
He conveyed, while receiving in his office Norway Special Envoy to Sudan and South Sudam, Andre Stiansen , the appreciation of Sudan towards the constructive efforts of Norway for the stability of Sudan, pointing out that the recent political accord will contribute in completing the democratic path peacefully towards elections by the end of the transitional period.
On his part, the Norwegian Envoy affirmed his country’s support to the Sudanese people through the steps taken following the signature of the political accord and the return of the Prime Minister to lead the civilian-led government, lauding the great role played by the FVP to reach the agreement , affirming that his country will not stop its support, adding  that it will continue its support to the Sudanese people and government
