Founding Forces break the backbone of the Islamic Movement militias and liberate Al-Kili in the Blue Nile region

The Founding Alliance Forces (FAF) have achieved significant victories in the BlueNile region, successfully breaking the backbone of the Muslim Brotherhood terrorist group’s army and inflicting substantial losses on their fighters and mercenaries during fierce battles today, Saturday. These operations culminated in the full liberation and control of Al-Kili strategic in Blue Nile State.

The Field Units continue their coordinated advance to clear remaining pockets of resistance, as the hostile militias exhibit clear signs of collapse, confusion, and disintegration within their ranks. These advanced military operations represent a significant turning point in the theatre of operations and a decisive strategic step toward ending the influence of extremist groups and dismantling their destructive agenda.

During today’s battles, our forces demonstrated exceptional courage and discipline, dealing heavy blows to the enemy in both personnel and equipment. Numerous enemy combatants were killed or captured, while others fled in disarray, abandoning weapons and military equipment, enabling our forces to consolidate full control over the area.

The Founding Alliance Forces reaffirm their firm commitment to protect civilians in liberated areas, ensuring their safety and safeguarding their property after freeing them from the grip of extremist groups. They also assure citizens that their safety is a top priority, and they call on them to avoid areas of active military operations for their own safety.

Our forces announce to the Sudanese people and the forces of change that these victories represent a meaningful step toward the dawn of liberation, and renew their determination to continue advancing until all remaining strongholds of terrorist groups are liberated, leading the way for establishing a Sudanese state based on justice, equality, and the rule of law.
