FVP Affirms Sudan’s Cooperation with the ICC

FVP of the Transitional Sovereign Council. 1st Lt. Gen. Mohamed Hamdan Daglo received in his office at the Republican Palace, the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC), Karim Khan.
During the meeting the FVP affirmed Sudan’s readiness to cooperate with the ICC, stressing the need to achieve justice as one of December revolution demands.
On his part, the ICC Prosecutor, Karim Khan, briefed the FVP on the outcomes of the meetings he held with Sudanese top officials, emphasizing the importance of Sudan’s cooperation with the ICC.
He stressed that ICC relies on Sudan to make progress on issues related to the indicted persons, revealing a visit of an ICC team next month to collect evidences on Ali Koshaib’s issue, calling for facilitating the mission of the team.
