FVP Back Home after Successful Visit to Qatar State

The Sudanese delegation  led by First Vice President (FVP) of the Transitional Sovereign Council, 1st Lt. Gen. Mohamed Hamdan Daglo has returned to Khartoum today (Monday) after a 3-day official visit to Qatar state during which he met with the Qatari leaderships where the bilateral relations between and the means of developing it were discussed.
On his part, Foreign Minister, Omer Qamar Addeen said that the delegation led by the 1st Vice President of the Transitional Sovereign Council, 1st Lt. Gen. Mohamed Hamdan Daglo conducted important talks with H.E. Emir Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani , Prime Minister, Ministers of Defence, Interior, Foreign Affairs and the President of Shura Council.
He added,, in press statements at Khartoum airport upon the arrival of the delegation, that the visit aimed at briefing the Qatari leadership on the change in Sudan, besides discussing the issues of joint concern and the bilateral relations.
Qamar Addeed pointed out that the Qatari leadership emphasized the importance of developing the relations between the two countries, adding that they also discussed the developments in Sudan especially the relations with each of Ethiopia and Egypt as neighbouring countries.
He affirmed that the visit was successful as the Sudanese delegation was received warmly by the Qatari leadership, affirming that Qatar supported the peace in Darfur, pointing out to the importance of linking Doha Peace Agreement  with Juba Peace Agreement to accomplish the peace process through backing up Juba Peace Agreement with Doha Peace Agreement.
He disclosed that the Qatari leadership pledged to visit Sudan to see on the ground the change in Sudan in order to push forward the relations between the two countries.
