FVP Meets the Visiting Ethiopian Delegation

First Vice President (FVP)of the Sovereign Council, 1st Lt. Gen. Mohamed Hamdan Daglo has received in his office the visiting Ethiopian delegation led by the Ethiopian Deputy Premier and Foreign Minister Demeke Mekonnen.
FVP of the Sovereign Council discussed with the visiting delegation the bilateral relations between the two countries and the means of boosting and developing it.
The visit comes within the arrangements to resume the meetings of the borders’ supreme political committee and will continue for two days  (22nd and 23rd of current December.)
The meetings are expected to deal with the borders issues through the agreed on and signed documents to determine the date of borders’ demarcation on the ground.
Meanwhile, the borders’ joint political committee held its meetings in Addis Ababa last May where it agreed on resolving the issues of the borders and controlling the illegal activities.
