1st Vice President of the Sovereign Council, 1st Lt. Gen. Mohammed Hamdan Daglo and the Prime Minister of Ethiopia held talks today in which they discussed the course of the bilateral relations between the two countries in political, economic and commercial aspects.
Daglo described the visit as fruitful and successful, lauding the considerable development which Ethiopia is witnessing .
“What is going on in Ethipia in terms of development is a proud to us in Africa” Daglo said
He affirmed that the industrial and developmental progress give hope to the nations of the region.
He said that Sudan will benfit from the Ethiopian experience in this regard.
He consioderd the visit as economical, besides discussing other issues of bilateral relations.
For his part, the Ethiopian Prime Minister expressed happiness for the visit pointing out to the distinguished relations between the two countries, describing the visit as historical, affirming his country’s keenness to develop the relations with Sudan.
He affirmed that Africa is rich with its resources a matter that opens the door for more development in all aspects especiaaly the economical ones.
It is worth noting that the 1st Vice President visited during his 2-day visit to Ethiopia several development projects, drugs, , food stuff and fruits processing factories along with tourism sites and the national museum
