RSF Dispatches a Battalion to Secure the Agricultural Season in Northern Parts of West Darfur State

Rapid Support Forces (RSF) – West Darfur Sector – have dispatched a battalion under the commandment of  Brig. Idris Hassan Ibrahim to secure the agricultural season in the localities in the northern parts of the state.
Brig Idris affirmed , while addressing the farmers and shepherds in Northen Al-Genaina area (Kulbus, Mastura, Jirjia, Zalat Naga, Kalikul), that the RSF will protect and secure the agricultural season in all the localities in the northern parts of the State.
He added that the deployment came in response to the directives of 1st Vice President of the Sovereign Council, 1st Lt. Gen. Mohamed Hamdan Daglo to boost peace and security besides protecting the agricultural season in West Darfur.

Idris pointed out that this year witnessed less clashes between  the farmers and the shepherds compared to the previous seasons, affirming the preparedness of the RSF to protect s. citizens and their properties
