Serif Community Components signs final reconciliation agreement

The Social Components of Al-Sarif Locality have signed a final reconciliation agreement under the auspices of the Transitional Sovereignty Council Vice President, RSF Commander, General Mohammed Hamdan Dagalo, supervised by the RSF North Darfur Sector Commander, Jedo Hamdan Abu-Nishouk, in the presence of Secretary of the State, Issa Zaroug, the Governor Representative and number of the government members.
The Secretary of the state, Issa Zaroug called on all signing parties to adhere to the agreement obligations, calling on everyone to work hard to spread peace values, strengthen the social fabric between the components of the community, renounce hatred speech, racism, praising the efforts of the Transitional Sovereignty Council Vice President, General Mohammed Hamdan Dagalo for resolving tribal conflicts, promoting tribal reconciliation, and maintaining peace and coexistence in Darfur states.
Meanwhile, the RSF North Darfur Commander, General Jedo Hamdan Abu-Nishouk stressed his concern for the outcomes of the reconciliation agreement, calling the signatories to renounce hate speech, tribalism, and racism, underscoring the importance of enforcing the authority of the state and rule of law.
Meanwhile, the RSF Chairman of Peace and Reconciliation Committee, Colonel Musa Hamid Ambello said that the supervision is commissioned by the transitional sovereignty council VP directly, pointing out that the RSF’s keenness to maintain peace and stability in the state.
