Central Darfur Governor praises the RSF Human Rights Unit

The Acting Central Darfur Governor, Saad Adam Babiker has praised the efforts of the Transitional Sovereignty Council Vice President, Rapid Support Forces (RSF) Commander, General Mohammed Hamdan Dagalo in activating the work of Human Rights (HR), International Humanitarian Law (IHL) unit at the center and sectors level.
The statement was made while meeting with the RSF Human Rights Unit delegation chaired by the Unit Executive Director Dr. Hasib Johnthan Hamad, in the presence of RSF Central Darfur Commander, General Ali Yagoub Jibril in the guest house in Zalingei,
Acting Central Darfur Governor stressed his support to the efforts of the RSF to achieve their higher objectives.
Meanwhile, the Delegation of the RSF Human Rights Unit provided brief on the rules of conduct and engagement, the fundamentals of Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law for the RSF officers and non-commissioned officers.
