Rapid Support Forces promotes sports

The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) Peace Shield Division Commander, General Al-Nour Ahmed Adam “Al-Guba” has provided sports equipment to the Eagles and Al-Ahly football teams in Kuttom locality, North Darfur state.
During an honorary match event, which was launched in Kuttom, Waha, Fasher villages localities to strengthen the social fabric and peaceful coexistence in the state.
The ceremony was organized by Rayan Social Development Organization in cooperation with German Organization.
While addressing the public at Kuttom stadium, Peace Shield Division Commander, General Al-Guba said that it is the priority of the RSF Peace Shield Division to support youth, safeguard citizens, strengthen the social fabric and peaceful coexistence.
He added that sports contribute immensely to promote and strengthen social fabric between the components of the community, underscoring the support of the RSF for the activities of youth to maintain peace and stability.
The match ended in a goalless draw between Eagles and Al-Ahly teams.
