The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) West Kordofan Sector has convinced “KailaK” locality local population to lift the sit-in of the Bambo Petroleum field peacefully, after refusing to negotiate with the state government earlier this week.
While addressing protesters, the RSF west Kordofan Commander, Colonel Taj-Din Al-Tigani Abd Allah stressed the legitimacy of all the demands, pledging to submit their demands to the transitional sovereignty council vice president, RSF Commander, General Mohammed Hamdan Dagalo for considerations and urgent solutions.
Colonel Tigani praised the civilized way of protesting without causing any damages to the station, as well as their immediate response to lift the sit-in and continue working in the field, that estimated to produce 8 thousand barrels a day.
It is mentioned that the demands of protesters represent in providing drinking water, rehabilitating schools, and Khorasana Hospital, supporting education, health, and environmental sanitization.
