The Transitional Sovereignty Council Vice President, Rapid Support Forces (RSF) Commander, General Mohammed Hamdan Dagalo has received yesterday a group of Sudan children celebrating the “International Day of Peace”, which coincides with the 21st of September.
While addressing children, Dagalo praised the “International Day of Peace” initiative, describing it as step forward to help spreading peace culture and peaceful coexistence in future generations, he stressed that Sudan needs peaceful community, renouncing hate, regionalism, and racism.
Dagalo conveyed his greetings to all children of Sudan and worldwide, particularly for displaced, refugees, homeless, orphans, saying “children are innocent and shouldn’t suffer the current situations in the country”, he promised to work hard enough to ensure peaceful and stable future for them.
He also urged all Sudanese military, political and civilians to work together to spread the bridge of tolerance to develop Sudan, calling on the leaders of non-signatory movements to join the peace process.
Meanwhile, the representative of students praised the efforts of the Transitional Sovereignty Vice President, General Mohammed Hamdan Dagalo in maintaining peace and stability in Sudan, stressing their support for peace and stand against war and tribalism.
