Military Component reaffirms to exit the political process

The Transitional Sovereignty Council Vice President, Tripartite Military Committee Chairman, General Mohammed Hamdan Dagalo has reaffirmed the military components is sincerely committed to exit the matter of government to civilians, to devote their efforts to carry out their national duties stipulated in the constitution and law.
He also announced the readiness of the Military Component to hold talks with Sudanese stakeholders on the efforts being made to launch Sudanese dialogue, to achieve national consensus to reach democratic transformation and holding elections at the end of transitional period.
Dagalo stressed the keenness of military component to achieve peace and stability, to cooperate with the parties to overcome any challenges and obstacles facing to move forward to achieve democratic transition.
He called on all Revolutionary and National Forces to speed up their efforts to reach effective solutions, that lead to the formation of institutions and structure of Civilian transitional government.
