Transitional Sovereignty Council VP, RF hold a joint meeting

The Transitional Sovereignty Council Vice President, Chairman of Tripartite Military Committee, General Mohammed Hamdan Dagalo has chaired a joint meeting in the Presidential Palace today, with the participation of Council Member, Committee Member, General Ibrahim Jabir Ibrahim, Members of the Revolutionary Front, Malik Agar, Al-Taher Abu-Baker Hagar, Dr. Al-Hadi Idris Yahia.
The meeting has addressed a number of concerned issues, more importantly the current political situation in the country, the ways to unify, integrate the proposed initiatives in the political arena, as well as the formation of transitional period institutions.
In a press statement, the Revolutionary Front Spokesman, Osama Saeed stated that the Sudanese Revolutionary Front presented during the meeting an updated vision for its initiatives which is launched earlier in Damazin, capital of Blue Nile State, as announced by the military component to exit politics.
He also pointed out that the parties held talks on the efforts made to launch the Sudanese dialogue and the assistance of trilateral mechanism, United Nations, African Union and IGAD to resolve current political crisis.
Osama Saeed added that the Tripartite Military Committee reiterated the position of the military component to exit political process in the upcoming period, underscoring that the structure of the Transitional period of Sovereignty council, cabinet, legislative council will be civil institutions.
