RSF Second Commander calls to renounce hate speech

The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) Second Commander, General Abdul-Rahim Hamdan Dagalo has announced to arrest anyone who tries to spread hate speech, tribal strife, seditions between local population of Darfur, as well as demonizing and criminalizing the RSF.
In a press statement, upon his return from Malaga area, he said the group that was 
arrested possessed documents which prove they are guilty; they were put into police custody.
The Second Commander recommended to establish special court to combat hate speech to put an end to sedition, hatred, he also declared that the RSF managed to arrest the criminals involved in the recent incidents in Malaga area, they were put into Kuttom police station.
He revealed that a large number of stolen livestock were returned to their owners, compensate them for their burned houses, in the presence of North Darfur Governor, Kuttom Security Committee, executive directors, which contribute in local population to return to their villages and farms.
Dagalo stated that strict procedures were issued to limit crime, he ordered to confiscate and burn motorbikes to fight negative acts of violence to maintain peace and stability of local population.
Meanwhile, North Darfur Governor, Nimir Mohammed Abd El-Rahman underscored the stability of security and social situations in Malaga area upon the visit of the RSF Second Commander, which help cease hostility in the area.
He further emphasized that the situation in Darfur needs exceptional measures, even it leads to declare the state security emergency.
