The Transitional Sovereignty Council Vice President, General Mohammed Hamdan Dagalo has met with the International Criminal Court (ICC) Prosecutor Karim Khan, in his office today, in the presence of Acting Minister of Justice, Mohammed Saeed Al-Hilo.
The vice president was briefed by the ICC prosecutor on his visits and the accompanying delegation to Sudan, the meetings he held with the officials in Khartoum and Darfur, as well as his visit to the IDPs camps.
Dagalo welcomed the ICC prosecutor and his delegation to Sudan, stressing the importance of achieving justice.
Meanwhile, the ICC prosecutor expressed his appreciation and thanks to Sudan Government for their corporation and support during the visit, he underscored the importance of coordination between the two sides, pointing out that he will submit a report in the upcoming days to the United Nations Security Council.
