Transitional Sovereingty Council VP returns home from Juba

Transitional Sovereignty Council Vice President, General Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo has returned to Sudan this morning after a two-day visit to South Sudan.

He was received at Khartoum Airport by Transitional Sovereignty Council Secretary General, General Mohammed Al-Gazali Ali.

The vice president’s visit was aimed at strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries and monitoring the implementation of the Revitalized Peace Agreement.

During his visit, Dagalo met with the president and vice president of South Sudan, alongside other signatories to the agreement.
