Rapid Support Forces releases eight hostages

The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) Kassala Sector has managed to release eight hostages who were trafficked by criminal groups in Atbara.

The RSF located and released the hostages after a fierce chase and exchange of fire.

RSF East Sector Second Commander, Lieutenant Colonel Ali Ahmed Al-Obeid stated that the operation was implemented professionally without casualties.

He also stressed the RSF will continue to protect the country and fight to put an end to the trafficking of people, narcotics, and weapons.
