The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) Intelligence Department has arrested a group of con artists who convinced retirees from other members of the regular forces to work for a company allegedly affiliated with the RSF. The group in question then stole significant funds from the Sudanese population.
During a search of their premises, the RSF seized 252 passports with foreign stamps.
Earlier, the RSF Intelligence Department received a report regarding a group of individuals who were allegedly trying to blackmail the local population in the name of the RSF.
An RSF investigative team immediately departed to the area to investigate.
The group was operating at a location near the Great Khartoum Mosque under the auspices of a charitable organization.
