RSF Reconciliation and Peace Committee meets disputing parties in Moon Mount

Rapid Support Forces (RSF) Reconciliation and Peace Committee Chairperson, Brigadier Musa Hamed Ambelo has met on Sunday with disputing parties in Moon Mount in West Darfur State.
In a press statement, Ambello said the disputing parties showed a serious interest in resolving their conflicts.
He also noted that an agreement has been signed to ensure that hostilities are halted in the run-up to the signing in the near term of a final reconciliation agreement.
He added that the committee was commissioned by Transitional Sovereignty Council Vice President, RSF Commander, General Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo, who has time and again demonstrated his keen interest in helping to end tribal conflicts in West Darfur State.
