South Darfur governor praises RSF role in strengthening local communities

South Darfur Governor Hamid Al-Tigani Hanon has praised the role of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) in maintaining security and stability in his state and protecting local residents and their property.
He added that the RSF is a key force in strengthening the social fabric and fighting violent crime.
Recently, the RSF handed over to their rightful owners cattle that had been stolen in the Sadoun Tulos Locality after rescuing the animals.
The RSF called upon the local people to adhere to principles of discipline, integrity and sound morals, while holding a prayer for those who passed away in the Rizigat and Falata tribes.
Meanwhile, RSF Commander for the South Darfur Sector, General Bashier Adam Eissa said the RSF moved immediately to rescue the cattle after receiving reports of their theft.
He stressed that the RSF is prepared to combat acts of violation to maintain peace in the state.
In turn, Falata Tribe Chief Mohammed Omer Adam Dawood praised the RSF's efforts to protect the local population.
