Rapid Support Forces received in Jabal Mara

Representative of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF), Chairman of the RSF Inspections Department General Abd Allah Abakar Mohammed Basha was received by the Rokro people in Jabal Mara.
The meeting took place during Basha’s visit to the area to inspect the forces, as well as the general conditions at the state’s voluntary return and border areas.
Basha conveyed RSF Commander, General Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo’s greetings to the Jabal Mara people, and stressed the RSF’s readiness to safeguard those living in Darfur.
He also stated that his visit was aimed at assessing and improving the living conditions in the region, particularly in Darfur’s conflict-affected areas.
Basha underscored the importance of consolidating efforts to ensure peace in Sudan, while noting that the RSF’s priority is to protect the Sudanese people and their property.
Meanwhile, Rokro Region Representative Haroon Eissa Khamis praised the RSF’s efforts to achieve security and stability for the local population.
