We are deeply disturbed by the harrowing video content that has recently been disseminated, which depicts members of the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) and its allied terrorist militias linked to the former regime perpetrating the most heinous atrocities against innocent Sudanese civilians. This footage shows these militants brutally mutilating a civilian and displaying his severed limbs, while jubilantly celebrating their monstrous deeds.

Horrific acts like these are not mere anomalies but reflect the systematic abuses committed by the SAF and its rogue jihadist militias, as they exploit religious and nationalistic rhetoric. This disturbing pattern of behavior represents a profound infringement of the values, ethics, and standards cherished by the Sudanese people and stands in stark contrast to all internationally recognized legal frameworks and accepted moral principles.
