The liberation of Abu Gamra and Um Baro and fully eliminating the pockets of terrorism
The Founding Alliance Forces (TASIS) has tightened its full control over Abu Gamra in North Darfur State, and continue their successful advance toward Um Baro area, which was fully liberated from the remnants of terrorism and mercenary movements. These areas had previously witnessed systematic attacks and retaliatory acts carried out by elements of the terrorist Brotherhood movement’s forces and the so-called “joint forces,” which directly targeted leaders of the civil administration and a number of innocent civilians.
Our forces reassure the residents of these areas that they are not being targeted in any way, emphasizing their full awareness of the suffering inflicted by the scourges of wars, killing, displacement, and homelessness. The civilians are an integral part of our people and are deserve freedom, justice, and a safe and dignified life.
The Founding Alliance Forces (TASIS) affirm that their primary duty is to protect civilians, eliminate remaining armed pockets and mercenary movements, and put an end to reprisals and chaos. They also call on all people to cooperate in securing markets and public and private facilities, and removing all security threats.
Our forces also commend the high level of awareness demonstrated by local communities in confronting the racist and hateful rhetoric promoted by the terrorist mouthpieces of Muslim Brotherhood and the mercenary leaders who have been ostracized by their own people.
The Founding Alliance Forces (TASIS) confirm that they have deployed military units to protect civilians and secure roads and public places in the Karnowei locality and neighboring areas, with the aim of restoring life to normalcy, followed by the federal police assuming responsibility for maintaining security, once the necessary arrangements are completed, and facilitating the delivery of humanitarian aid to the people.
