Commander of Kas and Shataya Militarily Support Battalion Affirms Stability of Security Situations

Commander of Kas and Shataya Militarily Support battalion in South Darfur State, Lt. Col. Al-Nour Al-Douma Madri affirmed the stability of security situations in all the area of Kas and Shataya localities, pointing out that the RSF militarily support battalion succeeded in safeguarding the agricultural and pasture areas in the said localities.
Al-Nour Al-Douma said that the start of the agricultural season is promising due to the return of the IDPs to their home villages and the heavy rains in the area. He called on the citizens of the State to peacefully coexist and not to respond to those who attempts to destabilize the security situations.
It is worth noting that the 1st Vice President of the Sovereign Council, Commander in Chief of the Rapid Support Forces, 1st Lt. Gen. Mohammed Hamdan Daglo has directed dispatching militarily support battalions from the RSF and other regular forces to the conflict areas in Darfur States to bring about control and curb the negative aspects.
