The Governor of West Darfur State, Mohammed Abdallah Al-Douma lauded the efforts of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) in West Darfur Sector and the militarily support force in achieving stability of security in Darfur states.
He valued high the roles of the RSF represented by allocating 41 armed vehicles to launch continuous combing patrolling in order the protect the agricultural season and confronting all negative aspects in the State.
He expressed, while chairing the security committee held today at the government’s general secretariat building, their satisfaction towards the cooperation of the RSF commander – Al-Genaina sector – and the commander of the militarily support forces to achieve stability of security.
For his part, RSF commander – West Darfur Sector – Brig. Idris Hassan, affirmed the readiness of his forces to implement all the directives of West Darfur State government, adding that they will work in strict coordination with other regular forces in this regard.
Meanwhile, the commander of the militarily support force to achieve security stability in Darfur States, Brig. Mohammed Saleh Abu Halima, affirmed the preparedness of his troops to confront the security violations and chasing the criminals according to the legal framework.
He pointed out to the directives of the 1st Vice President of the Sovereign Council, Commander in Chief of the RSF, 1st Lt. Gen. Mohammed Hamdan Daglo in achieving stability in Darfur states in general and West Darfur State in particular.
