South Darfur Governor Briefs FVP on the Situations in the State

First Vice President (FVP) of the Transitional Sovereign Council, Commander in Chief of the Rapid Support Forces, 1st Lt. Gen. Mohamed Hamdan Daglo received in his office the Governor of South Darfur State, Musa Mahdi, who briefed the FVP on the political, economic and security situation in the State, especially the tribal conflicts.
South Darfur Governor said that the State is witnessing considerable security stability due to the efforts of the RSF in,  protecting the citizens, the repatriation of the IDPs and refugees to their home villages, protecting the agricultural season and resolving the tribal conflicts through reconciliations.
He announced that the FVP  donated a fully equipped company for cleaning, affirming that the State has received Land Cruiser vehicles and other vehicles as first patch.
Mahdi affirmed that the RSF are playing positive roles in South Darfur as it contributed in the stability of the agricultural season, pointing out to the RSF role in transporting the student who sat for the Sudan School Certificate from the rebel-controlled areas in Jebal Marra to the examinations centres a matter that deserves appreciation.
He disclosed that the RSF are the only forces that can enter the IDPs in its official uniform as it acquire the confidence of the IDPs and returness.
