FVP Recomits Implementing of Peace Agreement of Sudan,and realizing Aims of the Transitional Period

First Vice president of the Transitional Sovereign Council, 1st Lt. Gen. Mohamed Hamdan Daglo has recommitted the government commitment to implement Juba Peace agreement of Sudan and realizing aims of the Transitional period to reach to a democratic transition.  
His excellency said when addressing the great political event of vision of Darfur Governor to manage the region at the Friendship Hall today  with a participation of representatives of political powers,parties ,local administration , leaders of Freedom and Change ,and diplomats. 
The march that starts with participation and deliberation deserves success for it represents an exercise of trancperancy and practicing democracy.
He added that Mini Arku Minawi, Darfur Governor region will deliver priority of his programs and plans of the region in front of all expressing desire of Darfur Governor in participation affirming that the region is a national affair concerns all the people. 
FVP explained that the priority that all people focuss on is implementing of peace agreement, began by boosting security , imposing power of the state ,enabling justice and security organs to achieve work in protecting the Nation , preserving private and public properties, besides completing security arrangements dossier expanding Justice umbrella to cover all areas of the region.
1st.Lt.Gen.Daglo called on Darfur Governor and governors of the states to adopt comprehensive projects of voluntary return of the IDPS and refugees by providing basic services,besides continuation in collecting arms process, curbing entering of inliscence vehicles and motors led to insecurities in the region.
FVP explained that farmers and nomads are considered the focal point in the national economy, that requires more attention of concerned organs ,and solving causes of violations, opening tracks and maraheel to secure agricultural season for the settlement of nomads. 
He pointed out the peace building depends on solving impacts of war ,by holding reconciliations amid social components and raising tolerance values, avoiding hatred speech, tribalism and get back to the coexistence to reach a social justice, affirming that the weakness of development, neglecting rural human, lack of eductional ,health ,roads services represents the main causes of conflicts in the past, explaining that Juba peace agreement solved roots of the crisis. 
Daglo called on the regional and International partners to contribute  in the peace programs, shifting poor communities to development and stabilty horizons. He also called on Nation and International foundations to invest in the region using resources to serve Darfur people ,set up joint programs between the region and neighboring countries to enhancea the concept of flexible borders that deepening coexistence for mutual benefits.
