Nyala Technical College in collaboration with the RSF in South Darfur organized a workshop on communal role in peace-building and peaceful coexistence.
Governor of South Darfur State, Musa Mahda said that peace has become a reality after the signature of Juba peace agreement between the government and the armed struggle movements.
He emphasized, while addressing the concluding session of the workshop, the importance of the workshop, commending the papers presented In the workshop and its impact in resolving the issues of the people.
For his part, RSF Commander in the State, Brig. Abdul Rahman Juma’a said that the workshop was participated by important sectors and it discussed several issues especially the hate speech which caused several conflicts amid t communities.
Juma’a affirmed tha t the RSF have its important role in supporting the community, adding that the hate speech will be replaced by love.
