Kas and Shataya Localities Receive RSF Commander in Darfur

Amid popular mass rally, the localities of each of Kas and Shataya localities in South Darfur State have received the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) commander in Darfur  who is at the same time the commander of restoring security battalion for the two localities, Maj. Gen. Isam Addin Saleh Fedail.
Fedail affirmed, while addressing the event, that the security situation in the area became stable due to efforts of restoring security battalion under the commandment of Lt. Col. Al-Nour Al-Douma Madri, adding that the battalion will remain in those areas to preserve security and stability
For his part, Lt. Col. Al-Nour Al-Douma said that the RSF were present in all areas to protect the citizens, securing the agricultural season and reconstructing what the war had damaged.
The citizens of Shataya and Kas demanded the RSF  to stay in the area as a guarantee for the continuation of considerable stability which South Darfur State is witnessing.
