Daglo Mourns Kababeesh Tribe Chieftain

First Vice President of the Transitional Sovereign Council, 1st. Lt. Gen. Mohamed Hamdan Daglo has mourned Chieftain of Kababeesh Tribe, Al-Toum Hassan Al-Toum who passed away yesterday (Thursday).
Daglo wrote  in his facebook wall  that he received with great sorrow the news about the death of Chieftain of Kababeesh Tribe, Al-Toum Hassan Al-Toum, adding that the diseased was a wise leader in local administration a matter that enabled him guide his tribe in a professional manner.
Daglo conveyed his condolences to Kababeesh Tribe in general for their great loss represented by the death of Chieftain Al-Toum, may Allah the Al-Mighty rest his soul in eternal peace..
