Daglo: The Success of Juba talks Is Because We Sat as Brothers and Not Foes

First Vice President of the Sovereign Council, head of the Sudanese government delegation to peace talks in Juba, 1st Lt. Gen. Mohamed Hamdan Daglo expressed appreciation to South Sudan government and people for their historic support for the sake of achieving peace in Sudan despite the difficult conditions South Sudan is witnessing.
Daglo said in a press conference held in Juba International Airport today (Thursday), that the talks were successful because the parties entered into the negotiations as brothers and not enemies, affirming that they used to sit after each session to take coffee and argue as brothers and not foes.
Dago lauded the efforts of the parties to the talks and what he called (the Unknown soldiers), besides the media men and all those who contribute in achieving peace, pointing out that the final signature ceremony will be attended by significant international and regional figures.
For his part, the Advisor of South Sudan President for Security Affairs, Tut Galwak announced that Sudanese nationals will be allowed to enter into South Sudan State without entry visas.
“We are one nation in two countries and it is high time for Juba and Khartoum to live in peace and stability: Galwak said.
He lauded the efforts of the Sudanese government delegation and the leaders of the armed struggle movements in taking courageous stances to reach the peace agreement.
