Joint cooperation between the RSF and Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock

The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) South Darfur Sector Commander, General Bashier Adam Issa has reaffirmed the preparedness of the RSF to support all activities that enhance peace for shepherds and farmers, as well as securing the agricultural season and nomads roads in the state.
The statement was made during his reception in his office the delegation of General Directorate of Forage and Pastures at Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock in the state.
The visit aimed at discussing mutual cooperation between the RSF and the Ministry of Agricultural and Livestock in securing agricultural season, protecting nomads’ route to avoid any disputes between farmers and shepherds.
Meanwhile, the Director General of forage and pastures at the state Minister of Agriculture and Livestock, Ayat Abdul-Rahim AL-Sharani stressed the need for mutual cooperation to secure and protect farms, farmers, pastures, praising the RSF immediate response to offer material support and maintain security and stability in the state’s localities.
