We Will Work Jointly to Protect the Economy, Says RSF Deputy Commander

Deputy Commander of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF), Lt. Gen. Abdul Rahim Hamdan Daglo, said that the security system will strictly implement the announced procedures to protect the national economy to support the revolution and the Sudanese nation.

He added, in a press enlightenment on the economic procedures held at Sudan News Agency premises last night, that the decisions taken are complementary to the defense and security measures to enable to it deter the manipulators of the people’s food.  

Daglo confirmed that the forces will enforce the procedures and laws accurately against the manipulators and exploiters besides not tolerating the currency speculators.

He  pointed to the RSF closure of the borders and arresting the smugglers but they were released due to the ineffectiveness of the laws in the past.

Daglo accused the currency and gold speculators in raising the exchange rate of the US dollar against the Sudanese pound a matter that had its negative reflection on the livelihood of the citizens, affirming that all the security systems will work jointly to confront the challenges.
