Joint Forces seize large number of motorcycles in Krink Locality

The Joint Forces, comprising the Sudanese Army and Rapid Support Forces (RSF), have patrolled Krink, eight kilometers west of Ginena, to monitor the city and ensure rule of law.
During the patrols, the Joint Forces aimed to prevent acts of violence in the area and surrounding villages. A large number of motorcycles were seized during the patrols.
In a press statement, Joint Forces Commander, Brigadier Mohammed Ahmed Inglis stated that the patrols were aimed at imposing the authority of the state and eliminating acts of violence that could endanger security and stability.
Meanwhile, he urged the local population to urgently report all criminal activity in the area, underscoring the Joint Forces’ support for measures to enhance security in the state.
“There will be no chaos from now on,” Inglis said. He stressed that efforts will be exerted to protect the people upon the instructions of Transitional Sovereignty Council Vice President, RSF Commander, General Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo.
Meanwhile, RSF Reconciliation and Peace Committee Chairman, Brigadier Musa Hamid Ambello praised the level of stability achieved by the Joint Forces in Krink, which also helps with the voluntary returns of IDPs to their homes.
He also called upon the native administration to coordinate with the Joint Forces to further secure peace and stability.
In turn, the local population in Krink declared their support for the regular forces and their work to achieve security and impose rule of law.
