Transitional Sovereignty Council VP visits Sisi Camp in West Darfur

Transitional Sovereignty Council Vice President, General Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo has visited Sisi Camp on Saturday.
The vice president was accompanied on his visit by his fellow council members Al-Hadi Idris and Al-Tahir Hagar, West Darfur Governor Khamis Abd Allah Abaker, SLM Representative Ahmed Gardia, and General Chief for Dar Masaleet Sultan Saad Abd El-Rahman Bahar-Din.
While speaking at the camp, Dagalo said he arrived to help ensure security, impose rule of law, assist IDPs to voluntarily return to their homes, and promote tribal reconciliation.
“We will not leave West Darfur until we have achieved security and stability,” he said, while underscoring the importance of renouncing tribalism and racism.
