Rapporteur of the high committee for firearms and unlicensed vehicles collection , Maj. Gen. Abdul Hadi Abdallah accompanied by the representative of the Rapid Support Forces, Brig. Alam Al-Huda reviewed in his meeting with the government of West Darfur State the final arrangements for firearms, unlicensed vehicles and motorcycles collection.
Maj. Gen. Abdul Hadi Abdallah said in press statement today (Wednesday), that the visit comes in response to the directives of 1st Vice President of the Sovereign Council, 1st. Lt. Gen. Mohamed Hamdan Daglo.
For his part, governor of West Darfur State, Mohamed Abdallah Al-Douma announced the kick-off the campaign of firearms collection all over the state. He gave a comprehensive enlightenment on the general situations in the state which he described as good due to the joint efforts of the government and the security committee, calling on the citizens to cooperate with the joint security force to make the campaign of firearms and unlicensed vehicles collection a success.
Meanwhile, the representative of the operation directorate in the Rapid Support Forces, Brig. Alam Addeen Al-Huda Al-Fahal, affirmed during his inspecting the joint military parade at the infantry division 6, the preparedness of his forces and other regular forces in the state for the campaign of firearms and unlicensed motor bicycles vehicles collection all over the country to bring about control and achieve justice.
