The Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) and its allied extremist militias linked to the former regime continue their brutal campaign against innocent civilians, using aircraft to target unarmed Sudanese citizens. Yesterday, these terrorist forces attacked Damra "Doha" in North Darfur, resulting in the deaths of eight people, including a child and three women, and injuring several others. The bombing also killed large numbers of livestock and destroyed numerous stockyards.
The SAF's ongoing series of brutal crimes against unarmed and innocent civilians continued with aircraft bombings in various areas of Gezira State. The day before last, the area of Hajj Abdullah was targeted, resulting in the deaths of nine citizens, including children. Additionally, the areas of Mohla, Talha, and Beka, west of Wad Madani, were bombed, leading to the loss of 20 civilian lives and leaving dozens seriously injured.
El Fasher continues to endure a relentless aerial bombardment, leading to the tragic loss of innocent lives and displacing civilians. Warplanes also targeted the locality of Al-Kuma in North Darfur, killing 10 civilians, including women and children.
In the past week, SAF warplanes conducted indiscriminate airstrikes in various areas. Tragically, 360 civilians lost their lives in the Gandahar market, west of Omdurman, due to the bombings. Additionally, airstrikes in the Al-Alaqa area of White Nile State claimed the lives of nine civilians, including children.
The ongoing violations committed by the SAF and its terror-driven minders from the former regime against innocent civilians are tantamount to genocide.
These heinous crimes increase the responsibility of all Sudanese, particularly the Rapid Support Forces, to persist in the fight to protect innocent civilians. No alternative exists but to uproot this bloody gang from our homeland, so that the Sudanese people can attain once and for all peace and security.
