The RSF: El Fasher's victory is a pivotal milestone in the liberation battle

Due to the resoluteness and courage of our fighters, and the unity of our great people around the project of change, the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) proudly announce that they have extended their control over the city of El Fasher, liberating it from the grip of mercenaries and militias allied with the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) that hijacked by the so-called terrorist Islamic Movement. This achievement came after heroic battles marked by precise operations and strategic sieges that exhausted the enemy, shattered its defensive lines, and led to its complete collapse.

Today’s victory is a pivotal milestone in the battle to liberate the homeland, given the strategic and military significance of El Fasher, which has long served as a central hub and launching point for the enemy’s operations against unarmed civilians in neighboring areas. It also stands as a symbolic triumph heralding liberation from the distorted ideology of the terrorist Islamic Movement, which entrenched the dominance of a corrupt elite at the expense of the marginalized and oppressed.

Our forces fought this battle with firm spirit and faith in the justice of their cause. Through precise tactics and the resolute will of our people, they succeeded in crushing the enemy’s strength and inflicting heavy losses in both lives and equipment.

As we dedicate this victory to all free Sudanese, we ask Al-Mighty Allah to have mercy on the souls of our righteous martyrs, and we extend our heartfelt wishes for a speedy recovery to the wounded who made their sacrifices for a homeland of peace and justice.

We also affirm that the liberation march continues, and that the RSF will continue until the entire territory of the country is cleansed of the gang of terrorists and murderers, and build new Sudan on the foundations of justice, freedom and equality.
